Why hasn’t a file been tagged?
Check that the file is in a watched folder, the automation is enabled and Taggy Tagger is running. Preview the file to confirm it matches your rule, then check Activity for results or errors.
How do I tag existing files?
Use Play to run an automation on matching files already in a folder, or Run All for the folder’s automations. Starting monitoring leaves existing files unchanged. Manual runs also work when automatic monitoring is paused.
How do I restore folder access?
Select the folder again in Taggy Tagger’s folder picker. Connect any external drive and make sure cloud files are downloaded to your Mac.
How do I restore a purchase?
Choose Restore Purchases in Taggy Tagger using the App Store account used for the purchase. If access does not update, contact support with the app version and any error message.
Can I suggest a feature?
