Example tagging result

An automation watches a folder and runs your rules in order. Each rule checks file properties and applies the tag actions you choose.

01

Tag only matching files.

Combine file names, types, dates, size and existing tags. Refine matches with image dimensions, photo metadata or media duration.

02

Reuse rules across folders.

Save conditions and tag workflows once, then use them in other automations. Apply the same tagging setup to several folders.

03

Check tags before applying them.

Preview a sample file to see whether it matches and which tags would change. Preview leaves the sample file unchanged.

FAQ

Contact support

Can I reuse rules in other folders?

Yes. Reuse saved condition sets and tag workflows in multiple automations.

Will preview change my sample file?

No. Preview shows which files match and which tags would change. It leaves the sample file unchanged.
